- Deposit: We require a 20% deposit on booking.
- Balance: The Balance of payment is due six
weeks before departure.
- Cancellation: You will be responsible for cancellation
fees based on the cancelled value of the holiday (or part of
holiday) as follows:
• Less than 14 days prior to departure or during the tour/activity: 100%
of the total cost
• Between 15 and 28 days prior to departure: 50% of the total cost
• More than 28 days prior to departure: 20% of the total cost.
