Camino Final Stage - Sarria to Santiago Map and Itinerary
SARRIA TO SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
This final stage of the camino is a wonderful walk through Galicia's beautiful landscapes. Many people who are short of time walk this final stage and are able to gain their Compostela (pilgrims certificate) by walking this final 113km. Follow the scallop shells and yellow arrows and meet many intersting people from all over the world.
Many rural villages and hamlets are dotted along this section of the walk, pine groves and eucalyptus trees can be seen as you enter the farming regions. As you enter the province of A Coruna the landscape changes as the woodlands begin to disappear and you will soon see the spires of the Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela in front of you.
The walk is a journey for the soul and will leave you wanting to return again and again.
