Included:

• Airport pickup and transfers by private vehicle.
• 4 Nights deluxe hotel accommodation in Kathmandu, including breakfast.
• 13 Nights Twin sharing accommodation in traditional Tea Houses during the trek.
• Breakfast, lunch & dinner with tea & coffee during the trek
• 1 highly experienced, qualified, helpful and friendly guide per group.
• Porters for baggage transfer (1 porter between 2 people)
• Food, accommodation, salary, insurance and equipment for your guide and porters.
• Return Internal flight from Kathmandu to Lukla including domestic airport taxes.
• Sagarmatha National Park Permit & TIMS

Excluded:

• International flights to/from Nepal.
• Lunches and dinners while in Kathmandu.
• Travel Insurance.
• Personal Equipment.
• Nepal Visa (GBP£20 fro 15 days, GBP£35 for 30 days)
• Disembarkation Airport Tax (Approx US$24)
• Personal items such as alcoholic drinks, cold drinks, extra hot drinks, bottled water, laundry, hot showers.
• Tips for your trekking crew. (Expected but not mandatory).

Optional:

• Single Room Supplement - Single rooms are available in Kathmandu, but generally not on trek. (Unless you are trekking solo).
• Solo Trekker Supplement - We do operate treks for individuals but there is a solo trekker supplement payable to cover the additional costs of accommodation and trekking crew.
• Additional nights in Kathmandu - If you are arriving in Kathmandu early or wish to spend a couple of extra days exploring the city we can book your accommodation.
