Booking Terms and Conditions

• We require a 20% deposit on booking
• The Balance of payment is due six weeks before departure
• You will be responsible for cancellation fees based on the cancelled value of the holiday (or part of holiday). Less than 14 days prior to departure or during the tour/activity: 100% of the total cost Between 15 and 28 days prior to departure: 50% of the total cost
• More than 28 days prior to departure: 20% of the total cost.
