For thousands of years pilgrims have walked throughout Europe to  sites of special religious significance. Although the most famous pilgrimage is the Camino de Santiago there are many others, which are equally rewarding. Pilgrimages were historically completed for religious reasons but now most pilgrims are just looking for some time out and some time to think things over.

Whether you choose the popular Camino Frances from St Jean Pied de Port to Santiago or the scenic Le Puy Route through France or even the St Jacobs Trail in Austria you are guaranteed to enjoy an unforgettable experience.

Follow the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage through rural France on the Le Puy Route. Sample local cheese and wines as you meander through medieval villages and chateaux filled landscapes. Also known as the 'Via Podensis', the trail follows the popular GR65 from Le Puy to St Jean Pied de Port, passing many cathedrals and small hillside villages on your journey to the Pyrenees.
