Ring of Kerry

Experience the raw, unspoilt beauty of Ireland on the enchanting Ring of Kerry trail. This 80 mile walk takes in the most spectacular part of the 134 mile Kerry Way, taking you through a mystical and historic part of The Emerald Isle. Rolling landscapes, historical departures and an abundance of wildlife make this gem of a trip really shine.

Your journey begins in the charming village of Glenbeigh and follows the rugged Atlantic coast round to the lively town of Killarney. After you have sampled the warmth of the world famous Irish hospitality in Glenbeigh, your walk takes you through small market towns and quaint villages. You pass some of the finest beaches in Europe and some of Irelands most awe inspiring scenery. The area is also steeped in the ancient history of the country and the walk takes you past Iron Age forts, Ogham stones and old monasteries and you are given a great chance to submerge yourself in the way the people of the area used to live, work and farm. The Ring of Kerry is a must for anyone who wishes to discover the real flavour of Ireland.
