trailblazers were excellent,we had our own guide and porter for the trip, our guide went beyond his duties to make sure we enjoyed our return to Kathmandu. We were not expecting to be so cold at night in the mountains, had to sleep in our hats.Toilet facilities were extremely basic but our guide found us accomodation with our own toilet and shower which was a real bonus.Food was good but menu did not change wherever you were.Trek was very dusty so masks/scarves are essential.Seeing Everest was wonderful and the scenery cannot be bettered, people are friendly and we always felt safe.It was a brilliant adventure and we are very glad we did it.
Hotel Annapurna in Kathmandu was excellent.
We couldn’t find fault with any of the organisation, Macs Adventures and Nepal Trailblazers were first class.

Breathtaking tailored trek across the world’s most beautiful, toughest and memorable mountain range. Excellent opportunities for invaluable photographs and memories. Learned a lot about Nepalese culture and buddhist/hindu lifestyle. Uplifting moments and abundance of scope for personal development. Humble and pleasant local people. Brilliant exercise. Well organised route with flexible guide/porter whom can re-arrange the path according to personal needs. Though I didn’t make it to the final destination due to high altitude and fatigue, my friendly porter/guide (who speaks very good English) arranged an alternate way back. City tour of Kathmandhu was great too. Only thing that was a downfall was the fact that flights are regularly cancelled at Lukla/Kathmandhu due to windy weather and helicopter rides become expensive day by day; hence it would be wise to book extra days at the beginning/end of the trek. Also, some accomodations can be very very basic, though cost efficient.
