Comments about Intermediate Mountain Biking Course :
It was great to learn I could do some things well, but as I suspected when I booked, there was a lot of bad habits to unlearn. I enjoyed the sessions on specific skills but I felt it would have been better to have spent some more time on the trail being analysed in a free situation as we spent 80% of our time on the skills loop.
The best [$] I’ve spent on the bike!

Comments about Intermediate Mountain Biking Course :
This is a great course, delivered by a fantastic instructor. Skills are taught gradually and confidence is built. You’ll try something really difficult and in half an hour you’ll be finding it easy. I’ve been mountain biking for years, but realise now I never knew the basics. The 2 days (take both, not just one) have improved my skills and confidence enormously. I can ride about twice as fast with twice the control that I had before. You can’t buy a piece of kit at any price that will improve your riding as much as this course will.
(Unlike the previous review, I felt the time spent on the skills loop was more valuable than going for a ride. However, if you’ve got the time and the energy it’s well worth going for a ride round the trails straight after the course to practice the skills you’ve learnt)
