This trip was very well organised end tailored to our needs. We needed to go to the airport on our final night, so Macs organised to have our luggage delivered to a hotel in a town at the end of our walk, even though we weren’t staying there, so we could pick it up and head to the airport. The accommodation was superb, except for the White Hart Inn at Winchcombe, which was well below standard and didn’t even provide soap in the bathroom! I would heartily recommend taking this trip, but suggest that better accommodation be found in Winchcombe.

I was sorry to hear that you found the White Hart below standard. There is unfortunately very little accommodation in Winchcombe and the White Hart is the best available currently. We are reviewing this and looking for a solution so that the accommodation standard in Winchcombe is equal to that of the rest of the tour.

A great 4 days walking holiday through amazing villages and countryside. Only complaint was that I didn’t like our accomodation in Bourton on Water. I thought it very ordinary and disappointing. All other accomodation was quaint, rather quirky and interesting. The food at all the inns was great. Especially liked the our accomodation in Morton on Marsh.The walking was great [...]
