All the accommodation was very comfortable and perfectly suited to a walking holiday. The small towns and villages were a delight to vist,
Unseaonally hot weather made some days walking somewhat tougher than we would have expected, but overall this was a smashing weeks walking, supported with superb notes and instructions that novices to self guided walking holidays would find easy to use. Well done Mac’s!!

We especially liked this hike because of the variety of the terrain – beach, mountain, flat, hilly, isolated, tourist area – some of these all in one day. It was hotter than normal when we did this hike (38 degrees in October) so some of the days were more difficult than described. There were wonderful views along the coast and beautiful beaches.
