We’d love to say we spend all our days out hiking, biking, and getting our boots dirty, but we believe in a healthy balance. That’s why we also spend plenty of time at the office, working hard to create amazing experiences and adventures for you!

Macs Adventure is powered by an amazing team of passionate adventurers. Our Destination and Adventure Specialists are like matchmakers, pairing travellers with their perfect trips. Our Operations team is always planning and organising incredible tours, while our Product Development team is busy creating new adventures and researching exciting destinations. Our Marketing team makes sure you hear all about our fantastic trips, and let's not forget about our Finance and Office Management team, who, quite frankly, keep us all in check! Leading our German, US, and UK teams is our Founder and Chief Adventure Officer, Neil, who oversees everything and continues to bring fresh ideas to life.
