COVID-19 Situation & Your Upcoming Trip
Our priority is, and will always be, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and partners. The concerns around the COVID-19 situation, and the actions by governments and health authorities to control the spread of the virus has severely impacted travel globally, and has affected our ability to safely operate our trips.
We have already taken measures to postpone some imminent departures, and we are monitoring the situation carefully, and aim to give at least 6 weeks notice of any further changes or postponements, for which we will directly contact anyone affected. We are sorry we cannot offer full clarity on the future, but I'm sure you understand the evolving nature of this crisis.
What does it mean for your trip?
If your balance is due soon, this is a good time to consider your travel plans. We suggest you wait until 6 weeks before you are booked to travel before deciding to postpone or cancel your trip. The situation is fast-moving and our team are extremely busy supporting our customers currently travelling or due to depart shortly. If you need time to decide on your best course of action, we are happy to take a more casual approach to balance due dates. You will receive a reminder that your balance is due 6 weeks before departure. That is the time we hope to be able to action any required postponements or changes, so we won't follow up with any reminders until closer to 4 weeks before departure and if you wish to take that time to monitor the situation please do so.
Always check the booking conditions, and specific to the current situation further details on cancellation and change options are available here if you decide to cancel or change your booking.
If we need to take any action to postpone any future trips which we cannot safely operate, we will be in touch with anyone affected directly.
