This tour is rated easy to moderate as the majority of the cycling routes are flat. On the first day there is an overall elevation gain of 450m and during the rest of the tour you will be cycling along side the Canal de Garonne, which is completely flat.

The routes on this cycle tour are mainly on dedicated cycle paths, alongside the canal de Garonne or river or small country roads with little traffic. Very pleasant cycling routes with plenty of shade from the plane trees.
