Pembrokeshire Coast Path
In 2011, National Geographic named the Pembrokeshire Coast Path the second best long distance trail in the world - quite an endorsement! This national trail stretches for 186 miles from Amroth in the south to St. Dogmaels in the north. Located in Britain's only coastal National Park, the trail was the first of its kind in Wales and remains as popular as ever with outdoor enthusiasts.
Immerse yourself in this wild and rugged environment. Follow undulating trails over varied and often challenging terrain. Admire dramatic coastal views and keep an eye out for puffins and seals. Finish your walks in traditional fishing towns and villages where you can reward yourself with a refreshing pint or glass of wine in a cosy Welsh pub. Indulge in some hearty pub grub and chat to the friendly locals. Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in a carefully chosen guesthouse, then do it all over again the next day!
