The People Behind the Scenery

We'd love to say we spend our days on location hiking, biking or generally getting our boots dirty, but everyone needs a healthy balance, so we spend plenty of time at the office working hard to create your experiences and adventures too.

The Macs Adventure team is made up of our hard-working Destination and Adventure Specialists who work hard to connect travellers with the right trips, an Operations team who plan and organise our tours, a Product Development Team who build new adventures and research new and exciting destinations, a Marketing department who make sure you hear about our fantastic trips, and our Finance and Office Management team, who, quite frankly, keep us all in order! 

At the head of our German, US, and UK teams is our Chief Adventure Officer, Neil, who oversees everything and drives new ideas forward.
