Change for any reason

Up to 4 weeks before departure: If you need to change your booking for any reason* you have three options:

  1. Change to an alternative trip**
  2. Postpone to a later date**
  3. Cancel and pay standard cancellation charge.

All new bookings from 1st September 2020:

Change or cancel (due to direct impacts of COVID-19)

If you need to change your booking resulting from direct impacts of COVID-19*** you have three options:

  1. Change to an alternative trip**
  2. Postpone to a later date**
  3. Get a full refund within 28 days****

Important Notes:

* Excludes Bike & Boat trips, and bookings in the following countries: Peru, Alaska, Australia, New Zealand. Changes will be less any non-refundable costs which would always be detailed in your confirmation.

** If the cost of your new trip/date is different, a balance or refund will be due.

*** Refers to the a direct impact of COVID-19, such as the official COVID-19 related advice or restrictions of your home or destination government or other COVID-19 direct impacts. For example quarantines, lockdown, or advice not to travel.

**** Not applicable to bookings made with trip credit. 

We highly recommend you secure adequate travel insurance for any tour.

If I need to self-isolate, can I change my trip?

What if I would need to quarantine at my destination, or on my return home?

If the local laws and regulations state you will need to quarantine, you can also change or cancel your trip with no fee. Read the full terms here >

If borders are closed and I cannot travel, what then?
