Try something new in 2012

Vercors snowshoeing

Why don’t you try something new in 2012?

The Alps are enjoying one of their best ever snow seasons. Our Vercors Snowshoeing Adventure is the perfect way to discover the joys of inn to inn snowshoeing. No experience necessary, just a sense of adventure!

Too chilly? Then you must try one of our summer walking trips in the Alps. Discover the joys of Alpine walking; wonderful scenery, well marked trails and charming mountain hotels. In Austria Bavaria and the Leutasch Valley is a great introduction to walking in the Alps. Switzerland is hard to beat; The High Trail to the Matterhorn, the Grindelwald Trail and the Tour du Mont Blanc will blow you away.

The Scottish Islands are special for so many reasons, wildlife, culture, landscape and tranquillity being just a few. To celebrate the Scottish Islands we have launched five new Drive & Hike tours to Orkney, Shetland, the Outer Hebrides, Mull & Iona and Jura and Islay. Dan (our resident wildlife nut) has hand crafted the itineraries, which combine handpicked accommodation, the finest walking the islands have to offer and plenty of wildlife watching opportunities.

Coast to Coast walks have a unique appeal. We are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new Scottish Coast to Coast walk from Perth to Fort William, adding to our existing UK coast to coast walks, the English Coast to Coast (which celebrates 40 years in 2012), the Great Glen Way and Hadrian’s Wall Path.

I hope that I have inspired you to try something new in 2012.

P.S. If you are thinking of walking the West Highland Way or Wainwright’s Coast to Coast in May or June please book as soon as possible as availability is getting very tight.
