Peace of Mind Guarantee
We understand plans change and we’re here to help. Regardless of your reasons, provided you notify us more than 6 weeks ahead of your departure date that you don’t wish to travel, you can:
- Switch to an alternative trip, or
- Postpone your trip to a later date, or
- Cancel your trip (and incur loss of deposit)
We will need to charge a small administrative fee of £50 per person (or $75pp USD) for each trip change or postponement, plus any increase in the cost of the trip and any change fees charged to us by our suppliers. If your new trip is cheaper than the one you booked, we will happily refund the difference.
Any changes notified to us within 6 weeks of your departure date are unfortunately considered cancellations, and our standard cancellation charges will apply.
Fortunately, the world is opening up after Covid-19 and many restrictions have now been removed. However, should government advice or restrictions relating to Covid-19 prevent you from travelling, you will also have the option of a full refund (this does not cover travellers who don’t comply with a destination’s vaccination requirements).

Please do make sure you have adequate travel insurance for any trip, whether travelling within your home country or abroad.
