Join Neil on the Tour du Mont Blanc

22 Feb , 2012

I would like to invite you to join me on the Classic Tour du Mont Blanc in August.

Following our successful  In Company trip to Kilimanjaro last year, we have decided to make these In Company trips a regular feature of our programme. To celebrate the successful launch of our Alpine treks in France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy I have decided that the Classic Tour du Mont Blanc will be this summer’s In Company trip.

Our Classic Tour du Mont Blanc in Company will start in Les Houches on Saturday 25th of August 2012 and finish after breakfast on Tuesday 4th of September 2012 in Chamonix, with the possibility of an extension to climb Mont Blanc for you mountaineers out there. The 11 day and 10 night trip is £695 per person and is limited to the first 10 people to book. The bad news is that I will be the tour leader.

The Tour du Mont Blanc is Europe’s classic long distance trek and a walk of superlatives from beginning to end. We will be staying in huts, refuges and gîtes in dormitories during the walk and in hotels on the first and last nights. We will be completing all but two sections of the trail and if it’s half as much fun as our last In Company trip I will certainly still be talking about it for years to come.

Full details of the Tour du Mont Blanc in Company are available here and you can of course book online.

I look forward to hopefully seeing you in Les Houches in August.

Neil

P.S. If you would like to suggest an In Company trip for the autumn or winter please do give me a shout. I would love to hear your suggestions.

I have travelled extensively in Southern and East Africa, Australasia, Europe and Asia and spend my time walking, climbing, mountain biking and kite-surfing in Scotland and around the world. I love living in Glasgow with my wife, son and daughter, although I am trying unsuccessfully to convince them to move closer to my favourite kite surfing spot in Troon.
