This tour is offered from March to October. June to August are the hottest months of the year with long, sunny days and a breeze to temper the heat. Thunderstorms in the afternoon after a long humid day are not uncommon. Spring and autumn are still warm and sunny but have lower temperatures in comparison to summer, perfect for cycling. Always make sure to carry plenty of water, wear sunscreen/sunhat and avoid cycling at noon on hot days.
