Pennine Way Complete (21 Days & 20 Nights)

  • Walk the Pennine Way, designated as the UK's very first National Trail.
  • Three national parks, The Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales & Northumberland.
  • Traversing the wild and windswept moors of Brontë country.
  • Wonderful and warm “northern” welcome from your accommodations.
  • Following trails through the majestic Swaledale and Wensleydale valleys.
In 1965 the Pennine Way was designated as Britain’s first National Trail and on this itinerary you will walk it in it’s entirety, from Edale to Kirk Yetholm. Today it is one of the UK’s most famous long-distance footpaths. This magnificent walk takes you through three national parks; the wild and rugged Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales with its windswept moorlands and green farmland, and Northumberland, a mix of high hills, dales and crystal clear rivers. The wonderful sights of the heavenly Swaledale Valley and waterfalls, such as High Force, greet you as you follow trails to the fascinating and historical sights of old Roman mile castles and forts in Hadrian's Wall country. Cross the rugged Cheviot Hills further north, all the way.
