Although I only spent a few days walking in the Cotswolds in March, I was blown away by the beauty of the Cotswold countryside and villages. Although I knew that the Cotswolds were beautiful I really had no idea of just how stunning the combination of built and natural landscape really is. Not only is the scenery spectacular but an excellent network of footpaths criss cross the Cotswolds linking the prettiest towns and villages, Each town and village boast a range of charming B&B's, inns, pubs and hotels of the highest quality, which make the Cotswolds perhaps the perfect destination for a walking holiday.
