1. Plan Ahead

Planning your trip at least 6 months in advance offers some major benefits. Finding availability in our best accommodation, purchasing flights the moment you’re ready, and the peace of mind to not having to organize last minute are a few of the huge benefits!

2. Designate a Lead Booker

Having a single point person working with our Adventure Specialists goes a long way toward staying organized. The lead booker can distribute documentation and trip information, pass along updates or clarifications and relay the group’s questions.

3. Be Ready at the Time of Booking 

Have traveler names and rooming preferences at the time of booking. This ensures we book in the right rooms for the right travelers from the start.

4. Get to Know the Booking Conditions 

Macs Adventure provides simple and straightforward Peace of Mind Guarantee. We recommend knowing the key deadlines and we highly recommend some type of travel insurance for trip cancellation.

5. Flexibility 

While we do our best to accommodate the entire group in one accommodation, there may be times where larger groups will be split amongst a few inns or hotels.

It’s possible to split up payments among individuals, just let your adventure specialist know ahead of time if the group will be paying separately.
