We all know the best moments happen outside. This year we've valued our time outdoors more than ever, we've tried new activities from hiking and biking to swimming and running, we've met with friends outdoors and soaked up the benefits of being outside in nature.

The 2021 challenge is now over. It has been a delight to read stories, see photos, and take inspiration from all of your efforts.

It isn't always easy to get out of the door and shake yourself into some activity, but it always has a positive effect on your mind and body, and we hope the habits stay with you and you can continue to plan and enjoy many mini-adventures.

The winner of our overall prize (a travel voucher towards a Macs Adventure trip) was David Stott. Congratulations David! David shared much of his challenge on the Facebook community, which you can join if you have not already.
