How to Make a Booking

When you've decided on a tour you, hit Book Now. Select your start date and the number of people who will be on your trip. You'll be able to select additional options and extras before finalizing your reservation by paying a deposit or the full cost of your tour.

Email us at hello@macsadventure.com with your trip requirements, or complete our contact form on this website, and we will get right back to you. Make sure you include as much detail as you can (dates, any other passengers, any options or requests such as what room type you would like).
How the Booking Process Works
- Provisional booking: When you book, you’re making a booking request by paying a 20% deposit.
- Confirmed booking: We confirm availability and book all of your accommodations and options before emailing you a final confirmation, which generally takes about five working days. Please note that many of our partners are small, family-run bed & breakfasts, alpine lodges or hotels with fewer options, which can impact availability and turnaround times.
- If we’re unable to accommodate you on your confirmed dates/tour – or an alternative of your choice – your deposit will be fully refunded.
We follow these steps because most of our tours are tailored on request, which gives you the flexibility to start and finish your trip whenever you’d like.
