Penally is located a mile and a half past Tenby on the coast path.  Once you have walked through Tenby town and onto South Beach, follow the full length of the beach, just before the beach ends there is an exit up some wooden steps and this will take you onto the path which crosses the golf course, then the railway line and bring you onto the main road.  Turn left and you will find The New Overlander third on the left along this road.
