The Macs Impact Report 2025 reflects a year of progress and thoughtful refinement. Following a milestone year in 2024, our focus shifted from launching new initiatives to embedding our values and strengthening how we operate across the business.

Rather than chasing rapid change, in 2025 we concentrated on consistency, care, and follow-through. This meant strengthening the foundations of our self-guided hiking and biking vacations - experiences that encourage exploration on foot or by bike, support local businesses, and connect travelers with the places they visit.

Our partnerships remained central to this approach. By working closely with locally owned accommodations, transportation providers, and suppliers, we deepened long-standing relationships and ensured the value of travel is shared more directly within the regions we operate. These collaborations go beyond operations - they help keep our trips rooted in local knowledge, character, and care.

We also placed strong emphasis on listening. Feedback from our team, partners, and travelers helped shape ongoing improvements across our trips and internal processes. By learning from these insights, we continue to refine how we operate and the experiences we create.

Building on previous commitments, we increased support for path maintenance - helping protect the landscapes we love to explore.
