Cancel my booking
We are sorry you have decided not to use your booking credit. If you have changed your mind and do wish to travel at any time before 30th November 2023, please contact our team instead on email@example.com. Otherwise, upon receipt of this form, we will fully cancel your booking.
You must include in the "additional comments" section:
- Your booking reference number (found in the email reminder)
Cancellations are final. Any credits/payments will be forfeited, and we will issue a cancellation invoice within 14 working days which will confirm any loss of balance paid, which can be used to process insurance claims. Thank you for your support during the pandemic.. We're sorry we couldn't help you travel this time, and hope you will consider one of our adventures in future.
