Cancel my discontinued trip

We are sorry you have decided not to use your booking credit. If you have changed your mind and do wish to travel on a different trip at any time before 30th November 2023, please contact our team instead on hello@macsadventure.com. Otherwise, upon receipt of this form, we will fully cancel your booking.

You must include in the "additional comments" section:

• Your booking reference number (found in the email reminder)

Cancellations are final, and a refund of any monies paid will be processed within 14 working days. Thank you for your support during the pandemic. We're sorry we couldn't help you travel this time, and hope you will consider one of our adventures in future.
