Just a stone’s throw away from the charming city of Stockholm, you will find Sweden’s southernmost wilderness, Sörmland, and the sprawling archipelago of 24,000 islands spreading far out into the Baltic waters. After spending a night in ‘Venice of the North’, Stockholm, head out to the countryside. Following easy coastal paths and well-marked trails, discover numerous nature reserves, hidden sandy beaches, tranquil forests, colourful clapboard cottages, and regal manor houses dating back to the 17th century.
This tour is perfect if you like your walking holidays to be a combination of city and countryside! Sörmland is just a stone’s throw away from Stockholm and perfect for nature lovers with its forests, lakes and beaches. The Stockholm archipelago stretches deep into the Baltic waters and offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

There is good way-marking on all of the walks on this tour, and we will also provide comprehensive route notes and maps so you shouldn't have any problem finding your way.

7 nights accommodation in 3* and 4* standard hotels is included in your trip. We carefully select small friendly hotels that offer great value, food and welcomes.
